My name is Natallia, and I’m a certified adaptive fitness instructor with a background as a professional basketball player. My passion lies in working with children of all abilities, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other special needs. My journey into adaptive fitness began on the basketball court, where I first discovered the transformative power of movement and coaching. It was there that I realized how physical activity could empower individuals to grow, both on and off the court.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating fitness programs that go beyond physical development to support emotional and social growth. My extensive training and hands-on experience have taught me that every child is unique, with their own strengths, challenges, and potential. I take pride in designing personalized programs that help each child build confidence, resilience, and a sense of accomplishment.
In my sessions, I strive to foster a supportive and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and empowered to thrive. Whether it’s improving mobility, building strength, or simply discovering the joy of movement, my goal is to inspire children to embrace fitness as a lifelong journey. I believe that with the right guidance and encouragement, every child can achieve their personal best and develop skills that extend far beyond the gym.
Through patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children, I aim to make every session a stepping stone toward a stronger, more confident future for each child I work with.
