Cancelation Policy

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a session.

• Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the same month or package period.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend a scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

Refunds for Unused Sessions in Packages

• Refunds for unused sessions are granted only in exceptional circumstances and must be requested in writing.

• Refunds are prorated based on the single session rate ($70/session) and subject to a $25 administrative fee.

• Any sessions already attended will be recalculated at the single session rate before determining the refund amount.

Illness or Emergencies

• In cases of sudden illness or emergencies, clients are encouraged to notify as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.

Program Expiry

• 4-session packages must be completed within 1 month of purchase.

• 8-session packages must be completed within 2 months of purchase.

• Unused sessions cannot be carried over past the package expiry date.

Instructor Cancellations

• If the instructor cancels a session for any reason, clients will be given the option to reschedule the session at no additional charge.
